It is free to attend the summit from May 1 - May 10th.
If you want to have access to the recordings after that time, then you will need to upgrade to the All Access Pass. That opportunity will be presented after you have registered for the summit.
So for recordings you do need to pay. To attend, it is free. Just like any conference except very few conferences are free to begin with. But most do charge for their recordings afterwards.
